Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship out orders Monday - Friday during regular business hours. If you place your order outside of business hours, your parcel will be shipped the next day. Orders received on the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning.

Shipping carriers vary based on cost and estimated shipping time. We choose the option that is most economical and timely for you to receive the order. If you’d like express shipping, please choose this at checkout. We are unable to change your shipping method after your order has been placed.

Please note, we can only ship to PO Boxes via Canada Post. 

Returns

We understand that not every purchase will work out perfectly for you. Please contact us at info@gracetheboutique.com within 7 days of receiving the parcel to arrange your return and refund. Only unworn items can be returned. All tags must be attached to the items. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse return shipping.

All intimate apparel and sale items are final sale. All Boxing Day sale items are final sale, unless the discounted price is over $150. These items are eligible for exchange.

If we receive returned merchandise that we deem as unfit to be resold, we will be unable to process a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed immediately and will show up on your credit card statement within 5-10 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
