Shipping
We ship out orders Monday - Friday during regular business hours. If you place your order outside of business hours, your parcel will be shipped the next day. Orders received on the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning.
Shipping carriers vary based on cost and estimated shipping time. We choose the option that is most economical and timely for you to receive the order. We are unable to change your shipping method after your order has been placed.
Please note, we can only ship to PO Boxes via Canada Post.
FREE Shipping in Canada on orders over $200.
Orders under $200:
Ontario + Quebec: $12.95 flat rate
Rest of Canada: $17.95 flat rate
Shipping to the USA:
We ship to the USA for a flat rate of $20. Please keep in mind that Grace the Boutique is not responsible for any duty charges incurred. If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for all original shipping charges as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges incurred as well as any costs associated with the return of the package.
We are not responsible for duties, taxes, or additional charges on international shipments.
Returns
We understand that not every purchase will work out perfectly for you. Please contact us at info@gracetheboutique.com within 7 days of receiving the parcel to arrange your return and refund. Only unworn items can be returned. All tags must be attached to the items. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse return shipping.
All intimate apparel and sale items are final sale.
If we receive returned merchandise that we deem as unfit to be resold, we will be unable to process a refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed immediately and will show up on your credit card statement within 5-10 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
